Call List Manager

The Call List Manager Utility provides the following functions:

The initial page on the Call List Manager will display a list of all campaigns detailing the total number of customer or contact records within the campaign, and the number of records within the current calling list.

After selecting the relevant campaign from the list:

   Selecting the Calling List Builder option from the sidebar, or clicking the Next button, will allow you to generate a calling list.

   Clicking the View List button will allow you to view the current calling list for the selected campaign. It will also allow you to search for, and remove specific records.

   Clicking the Load button will allow you to load previously saved calling list criteria.

   Clicking the Find button will allow you to search for a campaign within the list.

   Clicking the Refresh button will update the campaign list with current values.
