Generating Calling Lists

A calling list can be created based on defined criteria. Note that if a record already exists within the calling list, it will not be added a second time.

If necessary, click the Back button until the Current Calling Lists page is displayed.

Select the campaign you wish to create a calling list for.

Select the Calling List Builder option from the sidebar, or click Next to display the QuickFilter Query Builder pane.
