The Campaign Management page will be displayed when a new campaign is created (either as a copy of another campaign or from defaults), or when a campaign is selected on the Campaign Selector Tree.
This page allows the basic details for the campaign to be entered or amended as follows:.
Campaign Full Name - Descriptive name assigned when the campaign was created.
Short Name of Campaign - Code assigned when the campaign was created.
Campaign Group - The group to which the campaign belongs – used for reporting and filtering.
Campaign Type - The type assigned to the campaign – used for reporting and filtering.
Campaign Description - Short description of the campaign
This Campaign is Active - Activate/de-activate the campaign
Client - The client for whom the campaign is being run.
Sub Client - The sub-client for whom the campaign is being run.
Blend Priority - The priority placed on outbound calls from this campaign against inbound calls.
ID - Optional site-specific code.
Campaign Support - Call types supported in the campaign.
Offline Work is allowed in this Campaign - Permit/deny offline access to customers within the campaign.
Use Inbound Call 'Auto-Find' Mode - Allows automatic display of search screen on receipt of an inbound call.
