Outbound Campaign Options Page

The Outbound Campaign Options page will only be available on a campaign that has been defined as supporting outbound calls, and can be displayed at any time when a campaign is selected by clicking Outbound Campaign Options on the Navigator Tree.

This page allows outbound call handling on the Advisor Desktop to be defined.

The options available are as follows:

Force 'Mass Outbound' Mode - Automatically present the next call when a call is finished

Automatically Dial Call - Dial call when details are presented

Desktop Progressive Dial - Allows auto-wrap of unanswered calls

Set Call Blending ‘Ready’ State

Use Outbound Calling Restrictions - Restrict the number of calls made
