The Workflow Interface Definition page can be displayed at any time when a campaign is selected by clicking Workflow Interface Definition on the Campaign Manager Navigator Tree.
This page allows events that will be created by background workflow processes to be defined and maintained.
Events (wraps) that may be written to the Contact History for a customer by a workflow process can be defined on this page to allow statistics pointers or account sequences to be set, and workflow triggers applied. Definition on this page will also ensure that these events will be included in the Dependencies and Exclusions lists on the inbound, outbound and offline wraps.
Note: An example of a system event could be 'Order Dispatched'. A trigger could be attached to this wrap to will be picked up by another workflow process to email the customer with tracking information.
