Desktop Overview

The Desktop is the workhorse of the CallMap CRM Suite where all customer contact activity is recorded. The manner in which it is used will vary from site to site and user to user. Most features in the Desktop are controlled by the security matrix so availability will depend upon your assigned security level. Notwithstanding any security restrictions, the Desktop is fully configurable to suit the individual.

At its most basic, the Desktop allow you to make calls to, take calls from, and view or capture data for customers within campaigns or a sales pipeline.

Events, outcomes, or wraps may be selected when a customer is displayed, which may contain call flows or scripts. Alternatively, a call flow or script may be automatically displayed on presentation of a customer.

Call backs, reminders and calendar entries may be created, displaying a notification at the arranged date and time.

The campaigns, your own call history, call backs, reminders etc. are fully searchable.

Where the Desktop has been integrated with the telephony, calls may be automatically dialled on presentation of a customer, or dialled at the click of a button.
