An Advisor Analysis workspace will show totals and durations for all events (where a statistics pointer was applied) that were recorded during your date range selection, collated for each advisor and campaign.
An Advisor Analysis workspace is displayed by selecting Advisor Analysis from the sidebar.
Note: Any events which were recorded where a statistics pointer had not been associated (e.g. Return to Queue or Callback Dismissed), will not be included in the Advisor Analysis data.
The following functions are available when an Advisor Analysis workspace is displayed:
Drill down to the event details
Select the data columns to show
Export the workspace contents to a file
Write the data to an Excel spreadsheet
