The Calling Lists workspace will show totals in the calling queues collated by campaign, priority, and number of previous attempts to contact.
The Calling Lists workspace is displayed by selecting the Calling Lists option from the sidebar.
Note: The information displayed on the Calling Lists workspace will always reflect the current position, regardless of any date range filter.
The following functions are available when the Calling Lists workspace is displayed:
Drill down to the calling list details
Export the workspace contents to a file
Write the data to an Excel spreadsheet
