A Campaign Summary workspace will show totals and durations for all events (where a statistics pointer was applied) that were recorded during your date range selection, collated for each campaign.
A Campaign Summary workspace is displayed by selecting Campaign Summary from the sidebar.
Note: Any events which were recorded where a statistics pointer had not been associated (e.g. Return to Queue or Callback Dismissed), will not be included in the Campaign Summary data.
The following functions are available when a Campaign Summary workspace is displayed:
Drill down to the event details
Select the data columns to show
Export the workspace contents to a file
Write the data to an Excel spreadsheet
