An Hour of Day Analysis workspace will show information for events recorded, for your campaign and date range selection, collated by hour of day.
The Hour of Day Analysis workspace is displayed by selecting the Hour of Day Analysis option on the sidebar.
Note: All events which were recorded where a statistics pointer had not been associated (e.g. Return to Queue or Callback Dismissed) will also be included in these statistics.
The following functions are available when an Hour of Day Analysis workspace is displayed:
Drill down to the event details
Select the data columns to show
Export the workspace contents to a file
Write the data to an Excel spreadsheet
