Overview

QuickStats provides immediate access to statistical information and reports from your contact centre and campaigns.

Note: QuickStats will always be displayed showing the last workspace you accessed.

The workspaces available are as follows:

QuickStats - Overview of statistics per campaign

Statistics Summary - Details of all events recorded

Campaign Summary - Summary event information by campaign

Advisor Analysis - Summary event information by advisor

Hour of Day Analysis - Summary event information by hour of day

Call Backs - Summary of the contents of the workflow queues

Calling Lists - Summary of the contents of the outbound calling lists

K.P.I. Analysis - Check performance against set targets

QuizView Query - Create and run queries on the campaign data

Chart Mode - Create, display, and maintain views of your data as charts

Additional bespoke workspaces can also be created.
