Queues and Call-Backs Workspace

A Call Backs workspace will show totals for your campaign selection collated by campaign, queue, who they are queued for, and date.

A Call Backs workspace is displayed by selecting the Call Backs option from the sidebar.

Note: The information displayed on the Call Backs workspace will detail call backs which are due within the selected date range

The following functions are available when a Call Backs workspace is displayed:

Filter the workspace contents

Manage Queued Work

Show ContactPad

Locate on Map

Select the data columns to show

Filter by current selection

Export the workspace contents to a file

View the data as a chart

Write the data to an Excel spreadsheet

Print the workspace contents

Display a print preview

Refresh the display

Format the Workspace
