A QuickStats workspace will show details of the data recorded for a campaign, within the specified date range, based on the statistics pointers defined for the campaign.
A QuickStats workspace is displayed by clicking the QuickStats option on the sidebar.
Note: Any events which were recorded where a statistics pointer had not been associated (e.g. Return to Queue or Callback Dismissed), will not be included in QuickStats.
A list of available campaigns (based on your campaign/campaign group selection from the tree, and any filters set) will be displayed at the top of the display pane. Clicking on a campaign will bring the details for that campaign into view on the display pane.
Note: Any campaign where no details have been recorded during the selected date range will automatically be excluded from the list.
Clicking the Summary link at the bottom of the campaign list will display summarised information for all the campaigns listed collectively.
