Scheduler Configuration: Campaign Charging Settings.

Options6

The Resource Scheduler program provides a basic Campaign Charging model which allows you to quickly view outline revenue summaries for your Campaigns across varios periods of time. The Campaign Charge settings in the Scheduler Options dialog are for setting default parameters for each Campaign, where you haven't set up specific information for a Campaign via the Individual Campaign Properties options.

Default Advisor Hourly Charge: This figure defines the default Advisor hourly charge (where not specifically overridden of an Advisor via the Individual Advisor settings).

Default Campaign Charging Model: This selection defines the default charging model for your Campaign, and can be one of the following: <Not Specified> means you don't have a default charging model (or are using different means/software to do this - the Resource Scheduler won't provide you with outline revenue summaries); No Charge indicates that you default Campaign charges are F.O.C.: One-Off Total Charge defines a single charge amount for your Campaigns; Hourly Charge using Campaign Rate will cause summaries to be calculated on an hours used/allocated multiplied by the Campaign Hourly Rate entered, and Hourly Charge using Advisor Rate will calculate summaries based on the Individual Advisor rate in force.

Campaign Hourly Rate/Total Charge: This field indicates the charge related to the selection in the 'Charging Model' field.

Default Campaign Setup Charge: Where you want to use a default 'Setup' change for your Campaigns, you can enter it here.
