To export your Report grid contents, select the Export Type from the drop-down box (note that the last Export type you used is pre-selected for you). You can edit the Title and Sub-Title text for your Export, and choose whether you want to automatically view your Export when the process has completed.

To e-mail your Export as an attachment, check the 'E-Mail this file to these recipients ...' box. You can then either type the e-mail addresses into the box (multiple e-mail addresses must be separated with a semi-colon ';' character), or click on the 'Select' button to choose e-mail addresses from your Address Book (Outlook™ integration required). You can attach a custom message to your e-mail by selecting the 'Message' button, and optionally compress and encrypt the Exported file by clicking on the 'Zip' button.

If you've configured your system Fax Server via the System Management configuration, you'll be able to fax your Export directly to your chosen recipients by checking the 'Fax to...' box, entering a Fax Recipient Number, and selecting the 'Fax Options' button.

Normally, your Export file Attachment would be deleted after being attached and sent via E-Mail (as a copy of the attachment would be in your 'Sent Items' folder) - should you wish to retain your copy of the Export (which will be located as per the 'Output File Name' selected above), check the 'Retain Files' option.
