Resource Scheduler: Integration with CallMap Programs.
There are two Security Settings in the CallMap System Manager which define basic operational modes for the Resource Scheduler in your systems. These are:
| 1. | "Permit Access to the Resource Scheduler" |
| 2. | "Permit Resource Scheduler View on Desktop" |
These entries are available from the "General Settings" tab of the System Security Matrix, and the "General Settings" tab of the Individual User Security Settings (overrides). This allows you to:
| 1. | Prevent any (or all) specified Users of the system from accessing the Resource Scheduler Program, and ... |
| 2. | Prevent the "Schedule" Button from being visible on the specified User's (or all Users') Desktop program. |
Where the Advisor has access to the Schedule Button on the Desktop program, clicking on it produces a 'drop-down' box containing information on their current Schedule. They can also use the date links at the bottom of the box to scroll through previous and future Schedule entries. (If there are more Schedule Items for that day than fit in the box, the vertical scroll bar on the right-hand side of the display will be enabled, allowing your Advisor to scroll through their Scheduled Items for the day).
The Scheduler Program can also be invoked directly from the User Accounts and Campaign Control tools in the CallMap System Manager program - when started in this way, the Scheduler program will start-up with focus on the specific Advisor, or Campaign, selected in the respective program.
