The CallMap Resource Scheduler.
The CallMap Resource Scheduler is an integrated module of the CallMap CRM Suite, which has been designed to allow you to manage the various resources available (your Advisors), and allocate their time to fulfilling the work requirements of your Campaigns.
The Resource Scheduler provides a graphical view of your schedules (based on the popular Microsoft Outlook© paradigm), and allows you to easily maintain your scheduling patterns. Additional tools provide the capability to define your Advisor's working patterns, as well as that of your client Campaigns. The Scheduler program always ensures that any time allocated to a Campaign is appropriate to both your Advisor's and Campaign's working schedule, and that no double-booking of resource can happen.
As you schedule time against your Campaigns, the program gives immediate feedback on outstanding time allocation required to fill your Advisors' schedules, and also how much time is still required to be scheduled against each Campaign to fulfill contractual agreements with your clients.
Furthermore, the 'Auto-Scheduler' function allows you to quickly allocate available resources to a Campaign (based on scheduling and allocation criteria you've defined), and the 'Summary' function provides a detailed report on actual hours worked on any Campaign against the hours scheduled, as well as a Revenue overview, based on the Campaign Charging Model in use.
