Scheduler - Printer Setup and Print Preview Tools.
This section of the manual covers Print Setup and Print Preview for both the Current Schedule Display and your Report Grid Display.
Print Setup provides several options for your printout, governing paper size and type, the printer to use, whether to print in Portrait or Landscape Orientation, printer margins and headers and footers. The following picture shows and example of the Print Setup dialogs for the Report Grids and Scheduler Pane respectively:
The Print Preview tool allows you to see what your printout is going to look like - this allows you to go back to make changes to the formatting or setup of your print prior to acrually sending it to the selected printer. Note that the Print Preview dialogs (for both the Report Grids and the Scheduler Pane) also have access to the 'Print' and 'Print/Page Setup' tools. The following picture shows an example of the Print Preview dialogs for the Report Grids and Scheduler Pane respectively:
