Starting the CallMap Resource Scheduler.
Once the CallMap Resource Scheduler has been installed onto your CallMap system, the Scheduler program is available on your CallMap Welcome Screen ...
Selecting and clicking on the 'Scheduler' option on the Welcome Screen will start the program - please note that access to the Scheduler program is restricted via security options.
Once the Scheduler program has started for the first time, we'd suggest setting up your basic configuration. To do this, click on the 'Options' button on the Scheduler program toolbar, or click on the 'Scheduler Options' selection in the 'View' menu.
