This Tutorial will take you through the process - showing you how to set up your Campaign to your (or your Client's) requirements, work with data inputs and outputs, make and monitor your calls, use automation and workflow, and get reports and analysis information.
The campaign we'll create in this Tutorial is for ABC Computers Ltd - who supply computer equipment and consumables. They have provided us with a file containing details of small businesses in their area for us to call.
During this call we must ascertain who, in the firm, is responsible for buying their computer equipment, then ask them to complete a short survey.
On completion of the campaign, we will return the survey results to ABC Computers Ltd.
