Introduction

The Voice Console allows you to easily find, view and manage voice recordings made using the CallMap Voice Recorder.

There are powerful search capabilities - find specific recordings, or groups of recordings by date, campaign, advisor, customer (including post code and address), size, length, type of call, event recorded, address – or any combination of these criteria.

You can play and edit recordings (edited recordings are specially marked, and the original is retained) – full media play control is provided by the in-built player, including selection start/end points, and looping.

It also allows the creation of playlists using drag-and-drop. Playlists may be exported as a single file, or groups of recordings, for optional encryption and transmission to clients, or archiving to online or offline storage.
