Campaign Manager features

  • Unique, powerful and intelligent tool for creating new campaigns, and amending existing ones - you can literally set up a new campaign from scratch, and deploy it live into the call-centre in a matter of minutes.
  • You can create a new campaign using the system defaults you've defined, or copy a similar campaign and quickly amend it to suit.
  • Use a vast array of options to control exactly how your campaign will operate – the Campaign Manager intelligently links related options to speed campaign build time.
  • Control marketing and media sources for your campaign, complete with individual cut-on and cut-off dates, and optional client reference coding structure.
  • Define data import options – generate user-defined reference numbers, or use your client’s; automatically create your calling lists as your data loads and optionally clean, de-duplicate and case process import data; luhn check imported payment cards, and use optional encrypted storage; validate telephone numbers – land lines, mobiles and international. Any import data that fails your checks is sent to exception reporting with full details of the edit failure.
  • Control calling parameters – define ‘mass outbound’ mode (progressive dialling) for your campaign; set ‘auto answer’ mode for inbound calls. Maintain parameters governing CallMap’s ‘desktop progressive dialler’. Some of the calling options don’t even require the optional CTI interface.
  • Set up the data requirements for your campaign – what fields are required, their names and storage requirements, how the data is validated if entered, how it’s to be displayed (is it enabled, disabled, visible, required for updates, selected from a list, between minimum and maximum values, etc.). Auto-generate data security scripts. To speed campaign build, CallMap comes with the most commonly used customer/company-related fields pre-defined ... though you can edit these as required.
  • Define your call reasons, or ‘wraps’ for inbound, outbound and offline work to your requirements. CallMap provides a series of configurable pre-built scenarios covering everything from setting ‘call me back later’ scripting parameters, through name and address capture and validation, to Sales Order processing. Create and combine these with your own individual scripting units to capture and validate any data you require using the CallMap ScriptWriter – define intelligent branching, upsells, special messages, fulfilment, workflow triggers, customer account status changes – CallMap gives you the ability to make on-line decisions based on everything the system knows about the customer and their history, how they’ve answered your questions – you can even dynamically change scripting prompts at runtime, jump to other scripts, push web urls or suggest answers to questions. CallMap does this all for you – and lets your advisor get on with the call without unnecessary distractions.
  • Control campaign access and security; set start and end dates for each campaign, as well as restricting calling activity to any particular time of day. Set up web and e-mail links for your campaign; badge your campaign with your logo (or your client’s). Define a display theme for each campaign – either select from the themes supplied, or set up a new, campaign-specific theme.
