The CallMap Campaign Tutorial provides a step-by-step guide to using CallMap. You can access the on-line version of the tutorial here - this downloadable file will install the Tutorial on your computer. To install the Tutorial, select "Run" or "Save" from the dialogue box that appears when you click on the link.

The Voice Recording Administration & Setup Guide provides detailed information on configuring and using CallMap's in-built Voice Recorder, and shows you how to connect your phones to your computers to enable the recording functions.

The CallMap SoftPhone provides Computer/Telephony integration via TAPI drivers installed on your computer (if you've a TAPI device attached to
your computer and connected to your phone line, you'll be able to make calls and answer calls with the SoftPhone). The SoftPhone can also be
used to verify that your TAPI provider is compatible with the CallMap desktop, and offers full Inbound and Outbound support,
with CLI and DNIS recognition.
Note that you don't need to have CallMap installed on your computer in order to install and run this program.
