  • 30 days free support and consultancy from the CallMap Help Desk.

Notes

  1. All prices quoted are in UK Sterling, and exclude VAT.
  2. CallMap is compatible with Microsoft™ Windows systems. Please check our system requirements information before ordering.
  3. CallMap licences are purchased, not leased, and don't attract annual charges.
  4. 1 day On-Site installation, configuration and consultancy service is provided free of charge with your 'Start-up' package. Any extra travelling expenses and accommodation that may be required will be charged at cost. Extra days on-site consultancy services and training available from £310 per person per day. Please contact us for a detailed quotation on any of our packages, or for a Start-Up package tailored for your specific needs.
  5. Start-Up Packages include a free 30 day Support Contract. After 30 days you can choose to take up one of our optional Annual Support Contracts, which provide access to our Help Desk, Consultancy and Support functions – Support Contracts also allow free upgrades to your CallMap installation when new versions are released. Costs for Annual Support start at £995. E-Mail based support is available for clients who choose not to take up an Annual Support contract.
  6. The CallMap Help Desk is available Monday - Friday during office hours. Out of Hours support is available on request.
  7. Extra concurrent User Licences can be easily and quickly added to your Start-Up Package via a call to our Service Desk.
