Simple to use and fully automated - CallMap's Voice Recording Collation service automatically checks and archives your recordings from your Workstations to your chosen Voice Recorder Repositories.

Voice Recorder features
- The CallMap Voice Management Console allows you to easily find, view and manage voice recordings made using the optional CallMap Voice Recorder.
- No expensive equipment is required - all you need is a Windows™-compatible sound card in your computer or laptop, with a connection from your phone or teleset to the microphone or input socket.
- "Spot" recording can be set to automatically record a defined percentage of all calls made.
- You can turn Voice Recording on or off (or cancel the recording if required) at any point in your call flow. This allows you to record only a small important section of the call, for example where the customer is agreeing to take up a particular product or service, for later verification.
- The ability to turn off call recording on the Desktop, or use the 'Start/Stop Recording' tool is security controlled. You can even hide the fact that recording is in use from your advisors.
- Powerful search capabilities - find specific recordings, or groups of recordings by date, campaign, advisor, customer (including post or zip code, and address), size, length, type of call, event recorded, address – or any combination of these criteria.
- Play and edit recordings (edited recordings are specially marked, and the original is retained) – full media play control is provided by the in-built player, including selection start/end points, and looping.
- Create playlists using drag-and-drop. Playlists may be exported as a single file, or groups of recordings, for optional encryption and transmission to clients, or archiving to online or offline storage.
