Small to Medium Sites - 250Mb. CallMap with in-built Microsoft® SQL Server 2000 Desktop Engine/Microsoft® SQL Server 2005/2008 Express (supplied).
Medium, Large and Enterprise Sites - 250Mb - CallMap Only (Microsoft® SQL Server required). 3Mb - CallMap Component Layer (CallMap Enterprise Editions only).
Server - Middleware (CallMap Enterprise Editions only)

MAPI client or SMTP Service availability recommended for server hosting CallMap Workflow Service. (Microsoft™ Exchange/Outlook™/Internet addressing supported). Windows™ 2000/2003 compatible backup device highly recommended.
