CallMap scheduler
The CallMap Scheduler brings graphical, integrated Scheduling and Resource Management to the CallMap Suite.
A comprehensive feature set, allows you to quickly manage your resourcing levels and Campaign commitments. Based on the popular Microsoft Outlook© paradigm, the CallMap Scheduler is easy and intuitive to use.
As you schedule time against your Campaigns, the program gives immediate visual feedback on outstanding time allocation required to fill your Advisors' schedules, and also how much time is still required to be scheduled against each Campaign to fulfill contractual agreements with your clients.
Furthermore, the 'Auto-Scheduler' function allows you to quickly allocate available resources to a Campaign (based on scheduling and allocation criteria you've defined), and the 'Summary' function provides a detailed report on actual hours worked on any Campaign against the hours scheduled, as well as a Revenue Overview, based on the Campaign Charging Model in use.

- Define unlimited 'Non-Availability' codes - such as Sickness, Annual Leave, Meetings, etc. - to suit your organisational requirements.
- Quickly and easily select custom time periods for viewing your Resource Allocations and Campaign loading.
- View, preview, print and export your Campaign Revenue Summary overview report, as well as current Resource Allocations and outstanding requirements.
- Ease of use tools include Drag and Drop scheduling and allocation editing, block (week at a time) scheduling, as well as cut/copy/paste undo and redo tools for quickly manipulating your scheduled items.
- Fully integrated into CallMap - the 'My Schedule' drop-down viewer in the CallMap Desktop allows your Advisors to view and browse the Schedules you've defined for them. In-built security lets you define who can use, or view, the Schedules you've defined.
