Annual support contracts

With an Annual Support Contract, you’re not only entitled to use the Support Desk for assistance on Campaign build and Workflow process design, for example, but you’ll also be able to download system enhancements, add-on tools, upgrades, example processes and tutorials from the Downloads section of our web site. All software upgrades and any new versions are also provided at no charge. Furthermore, sites taking out a Support Contract are eligible for discounts on on-site Training and any bespoke integration of third-party hardware or software.


Remote support

Via secure remote access, our staff can provide a variety of support functions, from the provision of bespoke reporting and workflow processes, through to general day-today systems support.


On-Site training services

Courses available on Campaign design, Script design and Formula integration, Automation through Workflow.


Integration and Development services

CallMap can integrate with a wide range of Telephony and CTI interfaces, PAF (Postal Address Lookup) providers, 3rd-party, web and legacy systems, and data. Please contact us for details.

1 to *unlimited licences

Any CallMap installation licence keyed number of concurrent users can be incremented – in steps of 1, if required – dynamically

Larger sites (300 to several thousand concurrent users) will require CallMap Enterprise Edition, which includes multi-tier deployment capability supporting local (LAN) and remote (WAN) users, as well as dial-up/remote operation.

*The maximum number of concurrent users is necessarily dependent on server hardware and configuration.
