- Powerful, yet simple-to-use repository for system information. Dynamically alter parameters that drive your business. User configurable displays of information can be previewed and then printed to suit.
- Maintain user account information with security templates, and optional detailed individual profiles governing access to system data.
- Dynamically maintain teams and security groupings governing permissions to campaigns and workflow queues.
- Configure system default ‘wrap’ (call outcome) behaviour, pre-defined lists for data input consolidation, set up labels and descriptions used throughout the system to suit the terminology in your business.
- Set up client and sub-client relationship structures, campaign groups and types for report breakdown and consolidation.
- Administer currency rates, payment cards and payment processor merchant numbers – set up standard and customised instalment plans.
- Maintain detailed information on order processing/fulfilment stock, including adjustments and detailed stock movement transaction history.
- Set up fulfilment packs, picking lists and fulfilment control parameters.
- Administer telecoms provider call charges for the provision of call-costs reporting.
