Tools & Utilities features
- The CallMap "Calling List Builder" allows you to build specific outbound calling lists with detailed criteria (although you can optionally set your Campaign to automatically generate your outbound calling list from any imported data).
- The CallMap "Run Number Manager" allows you to use selection criteria to mark sections of your outbound calling list for an individual user, group or Team, to segment your outbound calling patterns.
- The CallMap "Priority Manager" allows you to set sections of your outbound calling list to higher or lower priority. All CallMap calling list management tools are completely dynamic, and can even be used to adjust calling patterns while the Campaign is being used.
- The "File Import Processor" allows for the import of data, in a variety of formats, into the system. The source data is simply mapped to the corresponding columns of the data definition in your target Campaign, and the import is submitted to the automated workflow service for processing. If more control is required, the File Processor contains a per-record scripting tool, where import or exclusion of any record can be controlled programmatically.
- The CallMap "News Ticker" utility allows you to create and edit scrolling "news" messages (which "tick" along the bottom of the Desktop window). These messages can be targeted at all users, a group or Team, users working in a specific Campaign, or even an individual user.
- The CallMap "User Photographs" utility allows you to easily import and manage photos of your users for programs such as CallWatch.
- The "Data Schema Documenter" provides complete information on the underlying data system in CallMap, which can be used for the creation of bespoke reports, "QuizView" queries and scripts.
